Cancellation and recurring billing
Plans are billed monthly. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop the next charge. Your server remains active through the end of its paid billing period.
Backups and restores
We create and retain daily server backups. You can download available backups and restore them yourself through the server panel. Keep your own copy of anything important.

For support please email [email protected]. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to billing, plan, or normal server-management questions.
Acceptable use
Use your server for lawful gameplay and content that follows the rules of the hosted game and its platform. Do not use the service for abuse, harassment, malware, phishing, spam, attacks against other systems, cryptocurrency mining, or attempts to bypass resource or network limits. We may suspend or terminate service when necessary to protect customers, our network, or our providers.
Server data after termination
Server data is removed 72 hours after termination. Download the world files or backups you want to keep before then. Required billing records may be retained when legally necessary.
Payments and account information
Checkout is processed by our payment provider. SideQuest Servers does not collect or store your payment card details. We use the order and account information needed to provide, support, and bill for your hosting service.
