Cancellation and recurring billing
Plans are billed monthly. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop the next charge. Your server remains active through the end of its paid billing period.
Failed renewal and recovery
If a renewal payment fails, we allow a three-day recovery period before suspending the affected server. A successful payment during that period restores the subscription and unsuspends the server. If the subscription ends, the cancellation archive and retention process described below applies.
Backups and restores
We create one daily server backup and retain the current Panel backup allowed by your plan. You can download available backups and restore them yourself through the server panel. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Support
For support please email [email protected]. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to billing, plan, or normal server-management questions.
Mod support
Mods may work and are allowed across all games, but they are not advertised or supported. Use mods at your own risk. We may restrict excessive resource use or mod-related activity to protect service reliability for all customers.
Acceptable use
Use your server for lawful gameplay and content that follows the rules of the hosted game and its platform. Do not use the service for abuse, harassment, malware, phishing, spam, attacks against other systems, cryptocurrency mining, or attempts to bypass resource or network limits. We may suspend or terminate service when necessary to protect customers, our network, or our providers.
Server data after termination
After a subscription terminates, we create the cancellation archive when the required backup is available and send its download link to the recorded billing email. Server data is removed 72 hours after that archive email is successfully sent. The signed archive download link and archive remain available for 30 days. Required billing records may be retained when legally necessary.
Payments and account information
Checkout is processed by our payment provider. SideQuest Servers does not collect or store your payment card details. We use the order and account information needed to provide, support, and bill for your hosting service.
