Refunds and cancellation
Eligible new services may be refunded within 24 hours. Cancel before renewal and your server remains active through the paid period. Read the policy

Server data is removed 14 days after termination. Download the world files or backups you want to keep before then. Read the policy

Support is handled in CST. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to billing, plan, or normal server-management questions.
